About this site
A comparison and information site for people looking for an immigration lawyer in an Australian city. We are not a law firm or a migration agent.
Why this site exists
Search for an immigration lawyer and you get pages of businesses that look alike. Some are law firms, some are migration agencies, and it's hard to tell which is which or who you'd actually deal with. A lot of "best immigration lawyer" lists don't say how firms got on them.
This site tries to do that job in the open. For each city we check a wide range of firms, keep only those with named lawyers we could find on a state register, and show where every detail came from. The method is set out in full on How we select.
Who publishes it
Top10 Immigration Lawyers is published by Steven Piper, from the Gold Coast, Queensland. Steven isn't a lawyer or a migration agent. The site collects and organises information that firms, law societies and government bodies publish. It doesn't give legal or migration advice, and using it doesn't create any relationship between you and a lawyer.
What's covered
Shortlists are published for Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth and Adelaide.
